Product Description
XP-type bottle washing machine absorbs the advantages of domestic and foreign bottle washing machines, and has the functions of automatic cleaning, standard removal, disinfection, etc. It is suitable for cleaning cylindrical glass bottles. It can clean old bottles with paper labels and new bottles. This machine is composed of three parts: pre-soaking, external brush and secondary internal brush. Automatic in and out of the bottle, has the characteristics of high standard removal rate, clean washing bottle, less broken bottle, etc.
Performance characteristics
1. The pre-impregnated part is equipped with a bubble box. The bottle enters the soaking box and is fully soaked by hot alkaline water to ensure the effect of external brushing.
2. The outer brush part adopts bristle brush to brush the bottle and circulating water spray. The brushed waste label is washed by circulating water and enters the standard water separation device. The cleaned waste label paper enters the mesh belt and is automatically transported to the outside of the machine body, which is convenient for cleaning.
3. The inner brush part rotates and scrubs the inside of the bottle by the cone-shaped inner brush. The dead corners are washed without brush. After scrubbing, clean water or disinfectant water is sprayed. After washing the bottle, it can directly enter the filling process.
4. The control system is equipped with a general console, each station has a command switch, and each host has an overload protection device.
