Performance characteristics

2. This machine adopts PLC control, HMI human-machine interface operation, filling capacity and production speed are directly displayed on the control panel, and the operation is intuitive, clear, simple and clear. There is an electric full adjustment of filling volume and a single manual fine-tuning device and an adjustment clutch protection device to ensure the normal operation of the machine during adjustment.
3. The liquid level control mechanism of the storage tank is of float type with simple structure and reliable operation. The middle pillar is adjustable, which can meet the filling of bottles with a height of 150~300mm without replacing parts. Replacement of some parts can adapt to the filling of bottles with different diameters.
4. The lifting and lowering of the bottle holder of this machine adopts the most advanced soft holder structure in the world. The bottle is not in place or the special ultra-high bottle will not be broken or the filling head will not be damaged. A clutch protection device is arranged at the bottle dial wheel in and out of the bottle. When a bottle is stuck, it will automatically stop to ensure production safety.
5. The quantitative valve is placed inside the hydraulic cylinder, and the outer cover is beautiful and tidy, and the cleaning operation is convenient and quick.
6. The overall capacity adjustment of the filling valve adopts the original all-gear transmission system, which has smooth transmission and accurate capacity adjustment, and completely solves the defect of damaging parts during chain drive capacity adjustment.
