The SP type bottle feeder is a flat-top chain type bottle feeder, which is directly connected with the continuously variable transmission by the motor, and is transmitted to the driving wheel of the conveyor belt by the roller chain and other mechanisms through the continuously variable transmission to drive the movement of the conveyor belt, and the passive wheel rotates with the conveyor belt. The machine is firm and strong, and the transition is smooth and stable, ensuring a smooth transition of the bottle. When the single-row conveyor is changed into a double-row conveyor, an original bottle dividing device is added to make the bottles evenly distributed on the two rows of conveyor chain plates. This machine has the characteristics of stable operation, simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance.
