Product Description
QS series glass bottle cleaning machine is mainly suitable for cleaning new glass bottles and old bottles after removing the label. High-pressure water is used to track and spray the inside and outside surfaces of the bottle and the bottom of the bottle in all directions. The production efficiency is high, the cleaning effect is good, and the bottle after cleaning by this machine can directly enter the filling process.
Performance characteristics
1. The material of the machine in contact with water is stainless steel. The chain sleeve and sprocket use high-quality nylon and engineering plastics, which completely solves the phenomenon of water pollution and ensures the cleanliness of the bottle after washing.
2. The circulating water tank is equipped with multi-layer filtration, which can effectively block the impurities and foreign matters in the circulating water from blocking the spray flushing pipeline and the nozzle. The spraying and flushing adopts circulating water and purified water, and the purified water can be added to the circulating water tank after spraying and flushing, which improves the utilization rate of water and saves water resources.
3. It adopts the principle of sleeve roller chain transmission and is equipped with elastic tensioning device. The whole conveying chain has accurate transmission, good wear resistance and improved service life.
4. Equipped with multi-functional bottle cover to realize the automatic centripetal positioning function of the bottle mouth, to ensure that the bottle mouth and the nozzle are aligned and washed. When the bottle type is not much different, the best washing effect can be achieved without replacing the bottle cover.
